Melissa Chatton is the Assistant Director for Learning and Community Engagement at the Florence Nightingale Museum. Training as a secondary school art teacher in Victoria, Canada, and holding an MA in Museum and Gallery Education from the Institute of Education (UCL), her career has always been focussed on education, having been a teacher, working for the University of the Arts London for over 10 years and then moving into museum- and gallery-based education. She has worked in both national and non-national museums and visitor attractions and is also a qualified coach and mentor.
