Edward Povey
b.1951
Painter and muralist, born in London, who began painting aged eight. After comprehensive school he became an office boy at 16, but emigrated to Canada in 1969, where he became a member of the Baha’i Faith, sang in clubs and toured with his band Synergy and lived with the Blackfoot Indians.
