The bases are the same but differently orientated. That to the south (nearest to St Peter Mancroft) shows a silhouetted rear view of man in loin cloth striding forward with scythe and whetstone and a pair of doves at his feet, seen in profile and set facing City Hall; moving anti-clockwise he is followed a female, in flowing robes, with two birds pecking from her hands, raised in blessing, with more birds behind and rabbits at her feet. She is followed by another silhouetted figure, set against trees and falling leaves, striding purposefully with a bowl of small fish and ducks at her feet. The final figure sways elegantly as she pours water from a jug while holding a cornucopia filled with fruit. The listing describes these as reliefs of peace and plenty.
