This is one of the five sculptures in the 'Unlocking Salford Quays' project, supported by Lowry's Heritage lottery Fund. It comprises of a large curved blue number nine sculpture on the pavement which was made with local residents and workers whose quotes are engraved on the surface of the sculpture.
