A square section, three-stage clocktower. There are drinking troughs to the north and south, and a bowl to the east. There are louvred ventilator openings to the tall second stage, flanked by angle pilasters. Circular clock panels with Roman numeral clock faces are visible at each elevation of the third stage. There is a crenellated and coped parapet. A wrought iron weathervane surmounts the tower on bowed wrought iron ties. The tower was built to commemorate Queen Victoria's Jubilee. The carved panelled door at ground level, depicting local scenes, was added in 2009.
