More about

Banchory Museum was founded in 1978, being based on a collection of local bygones belonging to a former Provost of Banchory, Mrs Jean Grant. Originally housed in the former Reid and Burnett School in High Street, the Museum moved in 1994 to purpose-built premises in Bridge Street, and is Aberdeenshire Museums Service’s most accessible museum.
