A richly decorated building in Gothic style. It has two main storeys and fourteen bays at the front. The ground floor is arcaded and has windows with plate tracery and carved panels in the tympana. The upper windows are interspersed with canopied statues on pedestals. The statues include: Saint Patrick, Saint George, Saint Andrew, John Dryden, Sir Thomas White, Queen Eleanor and Thomas A. Becket.
