A study of a cat. The Welsh title translates as 'In Memory of Smiw'. Williams' paintings have been compared to those of L. S. Lowry. She worked as a composer and musical arranger for the BBC in London prior to the Second World War. She returned to Llanelli during the war and continued to work for the BBC. She took up painting at this time.
