Portrait painter in oil, son of the artist Sydney Litten. Maurice Litten was born in Hammersmith and studied art under James Bateman at Goldsmiths’ College School of Art, then under Frank Barrington Craig at St Martin’s School of Art. Exhibited at RA, NEAC, RBA and RP. Lived in London.
