Painter, notably of portraits, born in Barnet, Hertfordshire. She was educated at Holywell School for Girls, Folkestone. Bartlett earned her living as a portrait painter from 1970. In 1979 she left Britain to live and work in Dubai, having her first exhibition there as part of the British Trade Fair. After that she regularly visited the Middle East, to carry out commissions, and she showed at Mathaf Gallery and had further solo shows in the region. Also showed at UA of which she was a member and ROI. Her portrait of Earl Mountbatten of Burma is in the collection of Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton. Lived in London.
