Painter and teacher who studied at Glasgow School of Art and Royal College of Art. She went on to lecture at Kent Institute of Art and Design, Canterbury, and Glasgow School of Art. In 1988 Morrison won the Elizabeth Greenshields Award; in the follow year she worked in Paris at Cité Internationale des Arts; then in 1990 she was awarded the Ensign Award and first prize from the British Institution Fund. Appeared in mixed shows at Pittencrieff House Museum in Dunfermline, in London and Switzerland and in 1992 she was included in Somatic States at the Quicksilver Place Gallery, Middlesex University. Had a solo show at 369 Gallery in Edinburgh. Scottish Arts Council holds her work.
