Painter in a rich palette, notable for portraits, life studies and remote, mountainous landscapes. She was the stepdaughter of David Bomberg, the daughter of Lilian Holt by her first marriage to Jacob Mendelson and was at one time married to the artist Leslie Marr. She studied with Bomberg at Borough Polytechnic, 1947–53, and was a member of Borough Group and Borough Bottega. Was included in Borough Group show at Fine Art Associates, 1989. Also showed with LG, NS, at Archer, Arcade, Bookworm and Berkeley Galleries and elsewhere. Ben Uri Art Society holds her work. Lived in Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex.
