A figure of winged victory holding in her left hand a laurel wreath and in her right an inverted sword, set on a tall two-part pedestal, which bears winged infant heads at its top corners and dolphins at the bottom corners of its upper part, and inscribed bronze plaques on both its upper and lower sections on their four sides, all on a two-stepped square base.
