A four-sided drinking fountain with an architectural niche on each side containing a drinking bowl. The fountain is set in grass and has two steps, one on the north side and one on the south side. It is surrounded surrounded on two sides by a low curved wall. The fountain was originally installed in 1938 to commemorate local architect and surveyor Joseph James Jones who funded a trust to benefit local schools. It was restored in 2018.
