A winding wheel and coal truck set upon a piece of section of rail-track. The coal-truck is being used as a flowerbed and is being pulled by a pit pony made of willow. There are additional willow sculptures in the gardens. Laser cut silhouettes of miners holding pickaxes against the coal-face, with a central miner's wheel are depicted either side of the entrance barrier gates on Lover's Lane.
