Dundee Heritage Trust is delighted to host Formlessness and Form by local artist Sarah Rychtarova. The exhibition will open on Saturday, 14th January and run until Sunday, 9th April, within Verdant Works' opening hours. This body of work spins layers of meaning into sculptures and paintings as they embody the metaphorical weaving of a bridge between formlessness and form. Sarah Rychtarova presents metaphysical glimpses into possible worlds under our feet and above our heads. Drawing from the interconnectedness of the earthly and spiritual lives of ancient matriarchal cultures, she interprets the creation and dissolution of matter in the fragile cycles of life through her own lived experience, spinning layers of meaning into her works as they embody the metaphorical weaving of a bridge between formlessness and form.
