Derrymore is an elegant informal thatched manor house, built by Isaac Corry (1755–1813), Speaker of the Irish House of Commons, in the late eighteenth century. The house and the land and buildings around it were given by Mr J. W. Richardson between 1953 and 1985. It was restored with the help of the Ulster Land Fund. It has one painting, probably by a local artist, transferred from Florence Court (National Trust).
