The Faculty of English Language and Literature is by far the largest English Department in the UK, with over 75 permanent postholders, a further 70 Faculty members, 900 undergraduates and 300 postgraduates. The Faculty is not normally open to the public, but if you wish to view the paintings please email english.office@ell.ox.ac.uk to make an appointment.
