The Museum is run as a non-profit organisation by the Cranbrook & District Local History Society. There are access and facilities for the disabled on the ground floor of the museum. Regrettably, the upper floors are not accessible to those in wheelchairs.
The paintings held at Cranbrook Museum are on permanent display. The Museum is open from April to October from Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm–4.30pm, and on Public Holidays.
