Blackpool Town Hall owns three paintings illustrating the importance of the Duchy and County of Lancaster in the history of England. They were commissioned from Goodall, Lamb and Heighway, high-class furniture makers who played a key role in the Arts and Crafts movement in Manchester. These works are on canvas and are nailed to the walls in the Council Chamber. The Town Hall also holds portraits of local dignitaries.
