Kyffin Williams was widely regarded as one of Wales’ defining artists of the twentieth century. Born on the island of Anglesey, Kyffin Williams’ life aim was to record the landscape and the people of his native land. His iconic style captured the majestic magnificence of the mountainous landscape of north-west Wales and its characters. The National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth is fortunate to hold the most comprehensive collection of his works in the world.
