A Small Black Cow mug
In this oil painting, a small black cow in a pen is being shown into a shed by a cowherd in a smock, carrying a two-pronged fork over his shoulder. The artist or date of this painting is unknown, but we think it dates between the last quarter of the eighteenth century and c.1860.
