About this video

Students from Cranford Community College visited Dorich House, which was the home and studio of the artist Dora Gordine. Located on the edge of Richmond Park in London, Dorich House Museum is one of only a few sculptor's studios open to the public in the UK. In this film, the students find out about Dora Gordine's life and work, the models who would sit for her, and the finished sculptures that she would call her children.

This is one of a series of films made in collaboration with young people across the UK, who explore and express their views on sculpture in public collections.
