Siobhan McLaughlin is an artist and freelance curator based in Glasgow. She graduated with a first-class MA (Hons) in Fine Art at Edinburgh College of Art in 2019 and has since been awarded the SSA Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Award at the RSA, a film commission from the Tate's British Art Network and an RSA Residency for Scotland. Her art practice is centred in her experience of landscape, memory and recovery. McLaughlin is also the curator of 'Alan Davie: Beginning of a Far-Off World' at Dovecot Studios and her curatorial research focuses on post-war Scottish art and opening up private collections to the public, with an interest in tackling elitism and accessibility.
