A drinking fountain in square plan, with chamfered angles, and a plinth. Three faces have sunken trefoil-headed (abstract forms resembling flowers or leaves) panels. The front has an old bronze tap fitting, moulded cornice, swept domed top, boarded hatch on the right and a low stone trough with bucket rest bar.
