A tall, square memorial supporting a bronze figure. The plinth has an inscription to the west face; the body has angle nook shafts and inscribed names to all faces. The stepped top has further inscriptions and bronze wreaths. A figure of a soldier in field uniform stands on heaped debris, with his rifle in his left hand.
