A winged personification of Victory holding a wreath of Peace stands on a rectangular plinth and two-stepped base. On the higher front face of the plinth is an inverted Sword of Sacrifice in relief. Below this is a small wreath. The sculpture was originally sited in Victoria Garden before moving to Jubilee Square in 1975.
