The work faces north west on a grassed area at the side of the road. It was erected to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. It is a stone obelisk with acroteria-like top and trough. The spout is of patinated iron and has the form of a lion's head. The handle has the form of its tail.
