The ‘Timeline’ at Ordsall Hall in Salford illustrates significant aspects of the hall's history, the site and the history of the neighbourhood in which it has stood for over 700 years. It is a permanent artwork integrated into new garden spaces and the paved area in front of the south facade as part of the restoration programme 2009–2011. It is part of the Irwell Sculpture Trail. Words, images and objects relating to the history of the hall are cast in bronze carved into stone paving in the landscaped grounds of the hall.
