A bronzed plaster bust of The Right Honourable Arthur Oliver Villiers Russell, who was Pro Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England, the governing body of Freemasonry in England and Wales, from 1908 to 1935. The Pro Grand Master is the representative of the Grand Master when he is unable to attend meetings.
