The Old Mint at the top of Baker Street, Stirling.

John William Small is listed as an architect and also as a furniture manufacturer in Forth Street, Stirling. He painted watercolours of old Stirling in the 1890s and exhibited at least once with the Stirling Fine Art Association in 1897. He died in Africa.
