'The Mutkas (The Pots)' diptych painting is an artistic collaboration between Waswo and Vijay which playfully responds to the photographs: 'The Mutka Chor (The Pot Thief)', 'Hanging the Wash' and 'From a Neighbouring Village' by the artists Waswo X. Waswo, Rakesh Vijay, and Rajesh Soni.

The artists draw upon traditional Persian and Mughal miniature painting in the diptych which is highlighted by their exquisitely detailed illustrative depiction of the Indian landscape, flora and fauna. Each part of the diptych measures 31cm x 36cm.
