A nineteenth-century work after the antique (the original is in the collection of the Louvre). Two freestanding panels, copies of the sculpted frieze known as 'The Borghese Dancers' in the Louvre, are situated under the right window of the sculpture's room at Kingston Lacy, and its pendant showing maidens adorn a candelabrum under the middle window.
