This oblong relief depicts a plain shield above two cherubs, between allegories of Painting and Sculpture respectively: the figure to the left holds a palette and brushes, whilst the other models a statuette of Victory. Above each figure is a scrolling kail-leaf (that on the right with a tuft of blooms), flatly modelled but deeply undercut.
