Five sketches mounted together and used as a book illustration in \'Journal and Drawings\'. Anthropomorphic stones in landscapes. The upper two sketches are of an oval shaped face drawn in outline. The face appears partly in profile and partly face-on. These faces stand as stones in a landscape. The two middle drawings are similar but one has a stone containing the back of a figure. In the backgrounds of these are a flag and houses. The lower image, of two large round stones, has no human presence. The five sketches were mounted on a single piece of paper with a date and titles written in the intervening spaces. Reproduction of wash drawings
