A black and white card showing a Scout who 'swanks a lot', possibly because of his new badge, in front of two other Scouts. One of them, on the right side, is quite young and he seems to admire him. The other, on the opposite side, is very angry. The card is signed with the initials 'B. P.'. There is also handwritten text on the bottom which reads, 'HE MAY SWANK A BIT'.
