This sculpture faces into the Severn Esturary close to access to the Coastal Path. Funding for the work came from the South West Coast Path Association. The Countryside Agency, West Somerset Dirstrict Council and the Environment Agency were also partners in the project. The young designer, Sarah Ward, was studying at the West Somerset Community College.
