Sir Walter Blackett Bart. of Newcastle upon Tyne 1765 in his fourth Mayoralty and the 38 Year of his Age. He gave £200 towards the Building of this Infirmary, also the Sum of £1000 and a Legacy of £100 over & above an annual subscription of £50. After his Death his Brother was presented by his Nephew & Executor Sir John Trevelyan Baronet'
