Three-quarter length portrait of Sir Reginald Hardy. Assistant Chairman of the Quarter Sessions from 1896 to 1903, he was also Vice-Chairman of Staffordshire County Council from 1900 to 1920, Chairman from 1920 to 1927 and High Sheriff in 1893.
