Sir Patrick Walker was Chairman of University College Northampton’s Governing Council. This portrait by Jeffrey Spedding, then Associate Dean to the School of the Arts, was commissioned in 2004 by the University Vice Chancellor Mrs Ann Tate to commemorate Sir Patrick’s retirement from the Governing Council.
