A painted lead statue of a shepherd. He stands in an informal stance, gazing to his right with his left leg in front of his right and holding a crook in his right hand. The shepherd is dressed in a brown jacket, a white shirt, knee breeches and black leather shoes with metal buckles, and he wears a hat. The statue is on a Portland stone plinth. It previously formed the pendant figure to that of a shepherdess (NT 1448960.2) which was stolen.
