Bartolomeo Montagna
c.1450–1523
(b ?Orzinuovi, nr. Brescia, c.1450; d Vicenza, 11 Oct. 1523). Italian painter. He probably trained in Venice, but he worked mainly in Vicenza, where he was the leading painter of his day, producing many altarpieces for local churches.
