Robert Mangold
b.1937
American painter, born in North Tonawanda, New York. He is known for *Minimalist paintings, sometimes with *shaped canvas. Red Wall (1965, Tate) was inspired by the loft architecture of New York and was made from standardized sheets of masonite painted with a spray gun.
