Anya Gallaccio
b.1963
Artist, born in Glasgow, who studied at Kingston Polytechnic, 1984–5, and then graduated from Goldsmiths’ College with honours, 1985–8. Took part in Art Pace International Artist’s Programme, San Antonio, Texas, America, 1997, with a Sargent Fellowship, British School at Rome, Italy, 1998, and a residency at Kamazawa Art Academy, Japan, 1999.
