Sophia Rosamond Praeger
1867–1954
Sculptor and illustrator, born and eventually settled in Holywood, County Down, Northern Ireland. She attended the School of Art in Belfast under George Trobridge and Slade School of Fine Art under Alphonse Legros, winning a silver medal for drawing.
