Harold ('Harry') Sutton Palmer
1854–1933
Harold 'Harry' Sutton Palmer was an English watercolour landscape painter and illustrator. Palmer was born in Plymouth in Devon, England, and studied at the Royal College of Art for two years, winning a gold medal for his work.
