A globe-shaped metal bench with seats facing the four points of the compass, providing contemplative views of the river and park. The bench is laser-cut with patterns and inspirational literary quotes inspired by nature. The artwork is in commemoration of Margaret Williamson, who was active at all levels of the community. Margaret’s love of nature and environmental sustainability was manifested through her work for the Cheshire Wildlife Trust, Congleton in Bloom and helping to organise several environmental festivals in the park.
