A water derrick and nearby wheel tap inspired by the Scourin' Burn (which once powered all the mills in this area) running underground. The wheel tap (non-functional) is intended for seating. The design was selected from a competition run by Dundee Public Art Programme and Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design as part of the latter's centenary celebrations.
