Scene of the martyrdom of Saint Sebastian. The full length figure of Sebastian, naked but for loin cloth, lies diagonally across the composition, one arm tied to a tree in the top right corner. A cherub to the left removes an arrow from his side, a second arrow pierces his left inner thigh. A second cherub is visible on the far left and a quiver of arrows lie on the ground in the bottom right corner. Surrounding vegetation is lush with green trees and shrubs, the sky in the background is blue but strewn with a few clouds.
