Acquisition method
Initially started in 1992, Dooley's untimely death in 1994 halted production. McTavish had already completed her part and fought for the work to be completed by finding a previously created work of Dooley's appropriate for what they had previously discussed for their collaboration. In 1997 The Fabric Advisory committee approved the application to display the work.
